You may use Matinho Cheiroso only if you are at least 19 years old and meet the legal gambling age in your Canadian province or territory. By using the service, you accept these Terms.
2. Entertainment-only service
Matinho Cheiroso provides free social-casino games for entertainment. It does not offer or promote real-money gambling. No deposit, wager of money, purchase, withdrawal, cash award, or prize with real-world value is available.
3. Garden Tokens
Garden Tokens are fictional play credits. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, gifted, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money, goods, or services. We may adjust or reset virtual balances to maintain the service.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
If account features are available, you are responsible for accurate information and for protecting your credentials. Do not automate play, interfere with security, scrape the service, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully.
5. Game results
Social-casino outcomes are for entertainment and do not predict or improve outcomes in real-money gambling. Activity shown on the public feed is clearly identified as simulated.
6. Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and email before an account is linked or created. Google does not share your Google password with Matinho Cheiroso. A new Google-connected profile is created only after you confirm Canada eligibility, age 19+, and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, brand elements, writing, and game presentation are protected materials. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service for lawful non-commercial entertainment.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or retire features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of virtual progress.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by Canadian law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension
Access may be limited or ended for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, or where needed to protect visitors and the service.
